    The first, and most important, attribute we saw was your effort to listen and to understand what the customer really wanted.  We were talking about property on Lake Lure and not finding anything that suited us.  You listened and encouraged us to look at the house on Bald Mountain Lake.  It is just what we wanted and I don’t think we realized it until you showed it to us.  We didn’t even know that Bald Mountain Lake existed.

    Then you did a very good job of helping us chase down all the little loose ends which must be tied up before the sale can take place.  You made us aware of upcoming requirements and gave us sufficient lead time to deal with them.

    You seem to be genuinely interested in helping new homeowners meet other homeowners and become settled in the community.  The party you threw to help make that happen was a great idea and we were disappointed we were unable to attend.  Incidentally, I was cooking steaks a few weeks ago and the Blendens paddled over in their kayak to introduce themselves.  They said something and we realized that we had a realtor in common.  They sang your praises and we had that in common too.
